Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counsellor will work collaboratively with the Admissions Department to review applications, verify applicant information, and assist in the final approval process for UG/PG admissions. Additionally, the role involves lead generation, student counseling, and outreach activities to support institutional goals.

·      Generate leads through e-mail campaigns, cold calls from existing and new students and other sources .

·      Review prospective student applications for admission to UG/PG Course.

·      Research and verify the accuracy of application information.

·      Calling prospective students/parents and convincing them for taking admission to different course.

·      Assesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities for different courses and suggest them the right course for their career planning.

·      Provides outreach to prospective students and their parents during campus visits, Orientation, and related facilities.

·      Create profiles for each applicant and work collaborative with other counsellors to review make final approvals .

·      Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information.

·      Build and maintain a strong admission pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

·      Provide detailed information to students and parents regarding course fees, duration, and available facilities.

·       Bachelor's degree / master’s degree  may be preferred.

·       1-2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, customer relationship management, or telecalling. .

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based research.

·       Ability to work extended hours during peak admission seasons.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.

·       Highly organized with high level of professionalism is required for the position.
